It's what you always expect at Wendy's awesome customer service and fresh food in minutes happy customer from Chicago

So I did a review 2 days ago about no service in the morning. I went there this morning and have the csr my card to pay for my order. He looked at my card and knew I reviewed them and told me he'd be on time for now on. What the hell? I'm a target now, I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN!! This is beyond unprofessional. I am done. I don't care if you have sales I don't care if you're employees ever show up. I will frequent Frisch's here on out. This is the most ghetto thing I've ever experienced. Maybe if the mgr was doing their job your customers wouldn't have to do an honest review. I simply wanted breakfast without sitting in line w no reply. I will never eat there again. The guy was absolutely waiting to say something to me. The funny thing is I had already addressed this issue with him days before. Never again Wendy's and I'm deleting the app as well.

I work down the street so I come here quite a bit as there isn't many other options. I always get good, fast service at this location and the food is always hot. One of the best Wendy's in the tri-state IMO.
